Why do i like this song?

SEE YOU AGAIN BY MILEY CYRUS

I got my sights set on you and I'm ready to aim

I have a heart that will never be tamed

I knew you were somethin' special when you spoke my name

Now I can't wait to see you again

I've got a way of knowin' when somethin' is right

I feel like I must have known you in another life

'Cause I felt this deep connection when you looked in my eyes

Now I can't wait to see you again

The last time I freaked out, I just kept lookin' down

I st-st-stuttered when you asked me what I'm thinkin' 'bout

Felt like I couldn't breath, you asked what's wrong with me

My best friend Lesley said, "Oh she's just being Miley"

The next time we hang out, I will redeem myself

My heart it can't rest 'til then

Ooh whoa whoa I, I can't wait to see you again

I got this crazy feelin' deep inside

When you called and asked to see me tomorrow night

I'm not a mind reader but I'm readin' the signs

That you can't wait to see me again

The last time I freaked out, I just kept lookin' down

I st-st-stuttered when you asked me what I'm thinkin' 'bout

Felt like I couldn't breath, you asked what's wrong with me

My best friend Lesley said, "Oh she's just being Miley"

The next time we hang out, I will redeem myself

My heart it can't rest 'til then

Ooh whoa whoa I, I can't wait to see you again!

I got my sights set on you and I'm ready to aim

The last time I freaked out, I just kept lookin' down

I st-st-stuttered when you asked me what I'm thinkin' 'bout

Felt like I couldn't breath, you asked what's wrong with me

My best friend Lesley said, "Oh she's just being Miley"

The next time we hang out, I will redeem myself

My heart it can't rest 'til then

Ooh whoa whoa I, I can't wait to see you again

Ooh whoa whoa I, I can't wait to see you again

What Communication Skill Important for the Jobs?

Basic communication skills are required for nearly every job or relationship you pursue. What if you don't have time to take a writing course, or you are just too shy to speak up in meetings? That is ok. There are small steps that each of us can take with a little time, and little or no money.

Effective communication is all about conveying your messages to other people clearly and unambiguously. It's also about receiving information that others are sending to you, with as little distortion as possible.Doing this involves effort from both the sender of the message and the receiver. And it's a process that can be fraught with error, with messages muddled by the sender, or misinterpreted by the recipient. When this isn't detected, it can cause tremendous confusion, wasted effort and missed opportunity. In fact, communication is only successful when both the sender and the receiver understand the same information as a result of the communication.

By successfully getting your message across, you convey your thoughts and ideas effectively. When not successful, the thoughts and ideas that you actually send do not necessarily reflect what you think, causing a communications breakdown and creating roadblocks that stand in the way of your goals – both personally and professionally. In a recent survey of recruiters from companies with more than 50,000 employees, communication skills were cited as the single more important decisive factor in choosing managers. The survey, conducted by the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Business School, points out that communication skills, including written and oral presentations, as well as an ability to work with others, are the main factor contributing to job success.

In spite of the increasing importance placed on communication skills, many individuals continue to struggle, unable to communicate their thoughts and ideas effectively – whether in verbal or written format. This inability makes it nearly impossible for them to compete effectively in the workplace, and stands in the way of career progression.Being able to communicate effectively is therefore essential if you want to build a successful career. To do this, you must understand what your message is, what audience you are sending it to, and how it will be perceived. You must also weigh-in the circumstances surrounding your communications, such as situational and cultural context.

All forms of communication are a reflection of your professionalism, your intellect, your preparedness and your character. You'll never be sorry you took the time to develop your communication skills. So, do not forget to take the tips that i was even a little but mean a lot for us. Can be used as a guide for entering your work environment like ok... prepared umbrella before the rain. So, clever you think yourself ok.

Salam Ala’ik
In class English, my lecturer have made a fun activities in class…you all know what the activities? these activities...write the dormant feelings in our hearts for this and describe about someone in the class but we're not allowed to write the name of the person so in these activities i have been writing about a person in the class. Before that, i want apologize with her.

The following characteristics are as follows:
She is a woman. But her was older than me. I always hear bad story about her from my friends. Her always thought himself clever and beautiful. HuMaN CrUeLtY!!!

I don't think about it...uhh late Syafia Humairah Sahari stomp and kick. Masya-allah....Subhanallah...what want had happen by the human now. I am totally disgusted with the man and the Syafia's mum. She looked like nothing happened on tv. She must be extremely naive to say that her boyfriend is a nice person and has been treating her children well...
What a terrible torture to the girl. Both the mother and her boyfriend is to be blamed for what has happened. I read in 'the star' saying that the father of the girl is in prison since 2006. The girl is only 3 years old. And the stupid mother has been in a relation with the human devil masked for 6 years ... so who's child is it?
This is the result of broken family. Both should receive punishment. I found it hard to sympathize the mother since she can leave her kids with so called boyfriend whilst she claims to work and have to sleep at a friends house. And now requesting for help. More unfortunate again, the family is to fight evil man dead late Syafia. What possessed them!!! Him is caring for late Syafia. In a way late Syafia survivors of family Syafia that is cruel. Hopefully soul late Syafia sprinkle mercy. Al-Fatihah....

Non-Verbal Communication

In face-to-face encounters non-verbal communication is often just as important as verbal communication. The non-verbal signals of listeners will provide instant feedback. Non-verbal communication is often referred to as body language. Non-verbal communication techniques are often used unconsciously, for instance while speaking we may throw our arms around, while listening a sudden shock may result in a sharp intake of breath. Such non-verbal signals add impact to a meaning and they combine to provide an instant impression in a way that written communication or telephone calls cannot. Actions of this sort are an important part of the communication process.

POSTURE the way people stand or sit can say an awful lot about how they feel. Someone who is nervous or anxious will fidget with their hands, top their feet, drum the table with their fingers. Someone who is sitting hell back in their chair, leg crossed at the ankle, may be seen as being relaxed and confident. Someone with a gloomy expression, head down and lifeless is probably feeling depressed or dejected. Someone sitting forward in their chair looking intently at the speaker, is showing a great deal of interest. The ability to interpret such signals and act as necessary is important in developing good human relations.

FACIAL EXPRESSIONS human faces are capable of communicating a wide range of expression and emotion. A smile conveys good humans, raised eyebrows denote questioning and disbelief, a frown denotes upset or worry.

GESTURES many gestures are used as we speak, for example, shaking a fist to denote anger, sweeping arms in excitement, using hands for emphasis. In listening, too, gestures are used, like nodding in agreement, shaking your head in disapproval, putting your hand to your chin in consideration, folding your arms in boredom. These are all valuable signs in communicating and you should learn to read such gestures carefully.

EYE-CONTACT the importance of eye contact is paramount. Looking someone directly in the eye suggests openness, honesty, confidence and comfort. Looking away gives an impression of being conniving or sly, or perhaps just unsure and uncomfortable. When speaking to one person try to look them in the eye. When speaking to a group avoid fixing your gaze on one or two people-let your eyes roam regularly to all corners of the room so that everyone feels involved.

TOUCHING is an important tool to convey worth, reassurance, support, encouragement and comfort. In some cultures because touching implies intimacy and familiarity, there are very strict rules that govern who may touch whom and how. These norms of behavior may change according to age, status, cultural background, etc. In today's workplace, touching has become rather a contentious issues, as it could sometimes be construed as sexual harassment.

Read like a novels is a heartfelt pleading for a new approach to the teaching and learning of a love of reading. Drawing on his experiences with his own son and as a school teacher explains how the pressure put on children to read and the narrow and dogmatic approach to teaching reading take the pleasure out of the activity. His appeals for the enjoyment of a good story to be accepted as a central motivation for reading. This argument has an underlying structure to it, but the presentation is more that of a memoir or novel, with dialogue, characters, and short punchy sections which vary in tone and style. It successfully follows its own injunctions, entertaining and pleasing while informing and convincing. Read like a novels will have obvious appeal to parents, teachers, students, and anyone else involved with education. But it may also make readers reconsider their own motivations for reading, and help find new ways to understand their pleasures. Read like a novels is short, lively, and to the point, and can be read in a sitting.
